First was Texas, then Florida and now Puerto Rico. 😯 This hurricane season has been unprecedented so far. 😮
Puerto Rico now still suffering the aftermath and devastation of hurricane Maria. 😟
Men walk past downed trees after the passage of Hurricane Maria, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on September 20, 2017. Maria made landfall on Puerto Rico’s southeast coast around daybreak, packing winds of around 150 mph (240 kph). – The Atlantic
I’m speechless about how bad this hurricane really it’s been for PR. 😶 They are saying that power might take as long as six months to be back in service. Communications also are down, making it almost impossible to reach families and friends on the island. 😮
There is a broken dam in lake Guajataca in the town of Isabela that had brought a catastrophic flood. 😫
Donations and help for victims are found all over the Internet from different organizations.
It is going to take many years for Puerto Rico to recuperate from this tragedy. 😥
Not to mention they were already having a bad economic crisis. 😦
Amazing ride at Toro Verde Nature Adventure Park in Orocovis Puerto Rico! 😯 😎
This zip line is different from all the others. For this one, you are put into a large body harness, and you lay down and get attached to the cables from your back. So you are flying through the air like a bird (or Superman or Ironman). As far as I know, it is the only one of its kind like this in Puerto Rico.
At 4745 feet, it is almost a mile long (one of the longest zip lines in the world) and it is really, really high off the ground (853 feet)!
I don’t know if I’ll be willing to ride that thing. 😮 But I will like to check it out next time I’ll go to Puerto Rico. 🙂
First, I’m not a surfer or surf! 😉
This is a really cool video that captures the people, beaches, landscapes, culture and beauty of Puerto Rico. I like the music for this video because it’s not freaking salsa! 😛 The music is by Pilates Music Ensemble. I don’t know nothing about this band or artists, but I like what I heard in this video so far.
I also like the production of the video. The camera angles, blending in surfing with the landscape, it really capture the vibe of Puerto Rico.

Pretty awesome video! 😎
