El Chapulin Colorado (The Crimson Grasshopper)
Chespirito was a great comedian with a very special way to connect to children. My favorite of his many characters was El Chapulín Colorado. But his most famous and well-known was El Chavo Del Ocho.
From all the way back to the 70s, his comedy show TV re-runs can still be seen in all over Latin America and the US.

He was mainly known with Spanish speaking people in Latin America, Spain, and Southern USA.
There is even a character in The Simpsons based on him! 😎
